MEDIATION EXPERIENCE


Thomas Repicky has been mediating privately since 1998.  His mediation practice includes a broad range of areas dealing with civil lawsuits and claims (see types of cases mediated).  His litigation background coupled with his extensive mediation training and experience makes him a highly effective mediator. He has privately mediated nearly 600 cases.  His mediation settlement rate has averaged 85 to 90% over the last several years.

MEDIATOR QUALIFIED

 

A mediator becomes more effective by broadening the types of mediations they are qualified to serve as a mediator.  In his ten years of mediating, Tom has been qualified to mediate and mediated cases for the following panels, courts and organizations.  These panels require their mediators to have substantial mediation training and experience so that they are effective mediators. Tom Repicky is qualified to mediate for and mediates cases for private lawyers and law firms and the following panels and Courts.
