MEDIATION EXPERIENCE

Thomas Repicky has been mediating privately since 1998. His mediation practice includes a broad range of areas dealing with civil lawsuits and claims (see types of cases mediated). His litigation background coupled with his extensive mediation training and experience makes him a highly effective mediator. He has privately mediated nearly 600 cases. His mediation settlement rate has averaged 85 to 90% over the last several years.

MEDIATOR QUALIFIED

A mediator becomes more effective by broadening the types of mediations they are qualified to serve as a mediator. In his ten years of mediating, Tom has been qualified to mediate and mediated cases for the following panels, courts and organizations.
